1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting images to Retouchiva, accessing our website, or engaging our post-production services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Retouchiva provides professional photo editing and post-production services, including but not limited to HDR real estate photography, day-to-dusk conversion, residential and commercial virtual staging, virtual renovation, item removal & virtual cleaning, image enhancement, 3D rendering, aerial photography editing, and clipping path & background removal. Turnaround times quoted (typically 12–24 hours) are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any images you send us for editing.
- You are responsible for providing clear, accurate editing instructions for each order.
- You agree to review delivered files promptly and report any issues within a reasonable time so we can address them.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain full ownership of your original images and the final edited files. Retouchiva claims no ownership over client-submitted content. We may, with your prior written consent, use anonymized before/after examples for portfolio or marketing purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing is based on the service package or custom quote agreed upon before work begins. Invoices are typically issued upon delivery or on a recurring billing cycle for ongoing accounts. Late payments may result in a pause of active and future orders until the account is brought current.
6. Revisions Policy
We offer free, unlimited revisions on any delivered order to ensure the final result matches your requirements, provided revision requests stay within the original scope of the service ordered.
7. Limitation of Liability
Retouchiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice. Orders already in progress at the time of termination will be completed and billed accordingly, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
